Declare is a video platform that allows users to connect through video, audio, phone, and chat. It's designed to help people collaborate, and make video communications easier. Declare can be used for online meetings, and live chat, and is accessible on most devices, including computers, smartphones, tablets, and smart displays

Features
Recording and Playback: Declare offers session recordings, allowing owners to save their calls to an admin page for later playback.
Streaming: Along with a fully functional video platform, Declare allows users to stream their conference calls on YouTube or Twitch. For larger audiences, users can switch streaming mode to view-only
Breakout Rooms: Declare enables particpants to split into smaller groups for breakout discussions in private rooms.
